The POSH Act, 2013 and the University Grants Commission (Prevention, Control and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Act, 2015 mandate the formation of an Internal Committee (IC) or Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in every college.
